Here are some answers that may assist you with your enquiry.

How do I redeem my Up'n'Go Travel voucher?

To redeem your Up’n'Go Travel voucher/s please complete and return the attached quote forms to the Booking Office by email, post or fax. (Please note that these forms can also be accessed and completed online at www.upngotravel.com.au) One of our highly trained travel experts will be in contact to confirm your travel arrangements.

How long do I have to use my travel voucher after I make the purchase?

All travel bookings under the Up’n'Go Travel program must be finalised within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any travel must be taken within two (2) years of purchase. Also, Up’n'Go Travel doesn’t apply any exclusion periods to flights or accommodation, so you can travel at any time during the year, subject to availability.

Is my flight voucher valid for travel throughout the year?

Yes, there are no exclusion periods with any of the Up’n'Go Travel vouchers therefore you can travel during Christmas, Easter and all other school and public holidays.

Are there any Terms and Conditions related to the purchase of the Up'n'Go Travel packages?

Specific Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and membership of the Up’n'Go Travel Program. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page under the ‘About’ tab on this website.

How is my accommodation selected, do I get a choice?

When completing your quote form, you can request specific accommodation. In this case, priority will be given to your first choice (and then to your subsequent choices). However, all accommodation and air travel is subject to availability on your particular travel dates.  If you have a specific accommodation preference, it is highly recommended that you book and confirm your travel early. All efforts will be made to provide you with the accommodation of your choice, but availability may vary during the year according to peak travel seasons.

If I choose to extend my stay longer than the minimum requirement, is this possible?

Our packages only specify the minimum number of nights that you must pay for in order to redeem your flights. So, you can extend your stay beyond the minimum requirement, at an additional expense and subject to availability. If you do wish to stay longer, please notify a team member at the time of booking.

7.
Am I required to present any documentation when collecting my boarding pass?

For security reasons, you will be required to provide valid photo identification at the airport Check-In counter prior to being issued with a boarding pass.

Are transfers and other holiday options available?

For an additional charge, Up’n'Go Travel can offer a wide range of transportation options to make getting to and from your holiday destination as stress-free as possible. Please feel free to discuss these options with a team member at the time of booking.

If I have an extra person travelling and their not covered on my Up'n'Go Travel voucher, can additional flights be arranged?

If additional flights are required, your booking agent can arrange these for you, at the best possible travel agent prices, at the time of booking.

Can I choose which airline I want to use?

The selection of airline carrier and specific flight schedule is at the discretion of Up’n'Go Travel. Rest assured that we only engage leading airlines, such as Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Tiger Airways.

Can I choose which airports I wish to depart from and return to?

At the discretion of Up’n'Go Travel and subject to availability, it may be possible to depart from one airport and return to another. However, this must be discussed with your booking agent at the time of booking.

Can I book my accommodation direct with the hotel?

Bookings must be made though the Up’n'Go Travel Booking Office. (Please refer to Question 1 for more information). Bookings cannot be made directly through individual airline carriers, or accommodation providers.

13.
Can I make alterations to my holiday package?

Alternate arrangements may be allowed, as long as they are made known to the Team Member at the time of booking prior to your holiday arrangements being confirmed, and any minimum accommodation requirements are met.

14.
I want to give my voucher to a family member or friend, can this be done?

All Up’n'Go Travel vouchers are fully transferable and may be provided to another traveller, given to family or friends or used as gifts. No transfer fees will be charged for this service.

15.
Are there any other costs involved with booking my holiday package through Up'n'Go Travel?

In addition to the price quoted for your accommodation, you will be required to pay the applicable airline tax and an $80 booking fee. Also, if you elect to use a credit card when booking, Visa and MasterCard will be subject to a 2% service charge and Diners/Amex 3.5%. All prices quoted for accommodation are relevant to your preferred travel dates and include the mandatory Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Though it is an optional expense, travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased at an additional cost through Up’n'Go Travel. Please be aware that personal services, food, beverages, tours, Theme Park entry and any other purchases are at an additional cost and are your responsibility.

16.
I have a discount accommodation voucher I received through another company, can I use this when making my booking with Up'n'Go Travel?

Up’n'Go Travel vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing or advertised offer or promotion.

What security does the Up'n'Go Travel website contain?

Using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, Up’n'Go Travel protects your personal and financial information by preventing any unauthorised access during transmission over the internet. Also, Up’n'Go Travel does not keep any credit card or other financial information on file.
